Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Method
All our local parcels are being delivered using Singapore Post or/and S.F Express.
We post all parcels by registered postage only to prevent lost parcels .
International Delivery:
We only shipped to certain countries only.
Please leave a message at our contact us column to check it we mail to your county.
Parcels are mailed out every weekday. There is no collections/delivery on weekends and public holidays.
Please read Terms and Conditions for returns/exchanges before placing your orders.
Payment & Postage Fees
Local Payment Method:

All transaction charges at PayPal are fully borne by Oonye.
ATM transfer customers might require to provide us with a snapshot of the transaction receipt for verification purposes.
Interbank Transaction takes three working days to process.

Internationl postage will be informed before confirming your order

Tracking Your Order
Local Registered Postage via Singpost Smartpac does not provide tracking number for this service.

Self Collection Service
Self collection is available for orders above SGD $109.

Oonye reserves the rights to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion.

Orders
Please take note that by submitting an order implies your intention of confirming the item(s).
Thus item(s) not paid within the timeframe of 12 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
Legal actions will be taken against fraud cases.
Shoes & Apparels Sprees / Orders
Orders takes 1 0 days to 2 weeks to arrive once order taking closes
Orders closes once capped even without hitting the requirement time
We do not entertain rush orders
Items cannot be added once batch closes
Payment has to be made within the require time to secure your items
No cancellation or refund once payment is made unless item(s) is OOS
Prices is exclusive of registered postage for backorders
Items is non exchangable or refundable for wrong sizes or color

Oonye makes the best effort to display the most accurate colors of the products displayed on our website.
However, due to the reason that the actual colors you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee the color of our products to be exactly the same as the color your monitor displays.
Returns & Exchanges
At Oonye, all products are carefully checked before mailing out.
In the event which you have received a defected /incorrect item, we apologize as we may have overlooked.
An exchange can only be done if item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected.
An exchange has to be done within 7 working days (local) and 21 working days (international) from the dispatch date. Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item(s).
Item(s) must not been washed/worn and must be in original condition.
We require snapshot of the defect /incorrect piece before mailing the item(s) to us.
We will do an exchange for the same item in brand new condition, if the stock is available. A full refund will be made if the exchange item is out of stock.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure the returned parcel to us are packed securely and sealed properly.
All returns must be shipped by Registered Postage (Local) and Speedpost Air Parcel (International).
We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.
Please make sure you have selected the correct measurements/colour/size before confirming your order.
We do not accept exchange or refund under such conditions.
